We are currently seeking a Station Manager (m/f/d) for our neurology department D31/32, starting on April 1st, 2024.

Your responsibilities:

Professional and organizational management and development of the station
Fulfillment of administrative tasks, as well as staff management
Nursing care for patients and participation in the station's activities
Constructive and goaloriented collaboration with the nursing management, all other levels of management, and other professional groups

Your qualifications:

Completed training as a registered nurse
Completed or ongoing further education in unit management or completed/ongoing studies in nursing management, or willingness to participate in such further education/studies
Organizational/management experience is an advantage
Willingness to continuously develop oneself
Strong professional and social skills, as well as analytical abilities
Knowledge in the application of modern leadership and communication tools
Expertise in neurology is an advantage
High level of selfmotivation and independence
