Job summary
Vice President of Customer Success & Partnerships to drive partner success customer satisfaction renewals and expansion at Virtru.

As VP of Customer Success & Partnerships your responsibilities will include leading customer success and partner success teams driving adoption usage post-implementation ensuring customers maximize value from Virtru solutions managing the post-sale customer lifecycle identifying issues proactively closing expansion deals and communicating critical updates feedback and insights to delivery engineering teams building scalable processes and teams in high-growth environments.
