  • Responsibility for all processes in mechanical and electrical final assembly while adhering to predetermined cost and quality standards
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees and their development
  • Coordination of crossdepartmental processes and management of optimal resource utilization
  • Development and implementation of concepts to improve process organization, employee satisfaction, and profitability in close collaboration with Industrial Engineering
  • Participation in interdisciplinary projects

Bringing Strengths:
Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Targeted leadership style and several years of experience in a technical leadership role in mechanical engineering
  • Proficient in modern computer systems
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Team orientation, communication skills, assertiveness, and resilience
