Description

We are looking for a Dispatcher for Freight and Logistics Services (m/f/d) with Team Leader function for our branches in Zwickau and Hattingen.

As a Dispatcher, you will be part of the operational department responsible for the optimal implementation of transport orders while adhering to the organization's quality standards and considering customer requirements.

Your main goal will be to optimize planning. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team.

What you can achieve? Your main goal will be to optimize routes and track transports, as well as manage any changes that may occur.

Active communication with internal and external partners will be an important part of your work. You will have the opportunity to establish solid business relationships with carriers. You will be supported by comprehensive data and information provided through years of experience.

What you will do?

Planning and dispatching of charter transports in national and international areas for partial and full loads
Procurement of loading space and price negotiations with contractors
Calculation of freight prices and preparation of offers
Expansion of our partner network
Regular communication with customers and carriers

How to get here?

Education:

Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or equivalent qualification and several years of professional experience.

Ideally, also in personnel management.
