TheClinical Training & Development Analyst position is a
6 Month Contract, which may extend or become permanent. The positions is a
hybrid role with 2 days in office and 3 days working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to develop and deliver training content for nursing and clinical staff across multiple platforms.
- Ensure training materials and delivery methods remain relevant and aligned with customer needs.
- Develop and maintain training dashboards and metrics in collaboration with team leadership.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience in clinical content development.
- Strong technical knowledge, instructional design skills, and creative problemsolving ability.
- Excellent writing skills to simplify complex topics and develop others.
- Preferred experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VISIO.
- Prior experience in clinical, technical, and leadership development in adult learning settings.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Education, organization development, business, or related field
Required.
