To strengthen our headquarters in Greven, we are currently looking for a receptionist/telephone operator (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours/week).

Your responsibilities:

Welcoming and hosting visitors
Registering visitors and guests
Operating the telephone switchboard
Coordinating and assigning meeting rooms and company vehicles
General office tasks such as monthly food orders/invoicing, managing and ordering office supplies, processing and updating
