Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as Corporate Counsel reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, to join Rambus' Intellectual Property (IP) transactions team at Rambus' headquarters in San Jose, CA. As a member of our legal department, the candidate will play a role in supporting our business operations through structuring, drafting, and negotiating IP licensing agreements as well as other inbound and outbound transactional agreements.

Rambus offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, equity, matching 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, time-off program, and gym membership.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,300 to $308,800. In addition to the base compensation, there is a 25% target bonus and a generous equity package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
