What can you expect?
- As part of your job, you will advise our customers (m/f/x) on all matters of statutory health insurance (including the firstclass standards and excellent extras of the service offering).
- You recognize the needs of our customers (m/f/x) and also provide information on benefits from other social security providers.
- In addition, you independently process applications (e.g. maternity benefits, travel expenses, household help, supplementary benefits, sick pay for child illness, cost reimbursement, dental prostheses, statutory benefits) in accordance with legal regulations and autonomous law.
What do you bring with you?
- Completed vocational training as a social insurance specialist (m/f/x).
- Solid professional experience, especially in the field of benefits.
