The goal and mission of the BMW BKK is to support active and former BMW employees and their families in maintaining or improving their health and performance, and to provide optimal care in case of illness.

What can you expect?

As part of your job, you will advise our customers (m/f/x) on all matters of statutory health insurance (including the firstclass standards and excellent extras of the service offering).
You recognize the needs of our customers (m/f/x) and also provide information on benefits from other social security providers.
In addition, you independently process applications (e.g. maternity benefits, travel expenses, household help, supplementary benefits, sick pay for child illness, cost reimbursement, dental prostheses, statutory benefits) in accordance with legal regulations and autonomous law.
