    We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to focus on our Socius Marketing. Socius Marketing is the marquee marketing agency underneath Everconnect which marketing group at Evercommerce. Our mission is to deliver scalable demand generation solutions and be your mission critical marketer. We help growth obsessed entrepreneurs and companies' scale.

    As a Senior Program Manager at Socius Marketing, the role encompasses overseeing multiple projects or programs, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and meet client expectations. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for best-in-class operational and strategic excellence, team engagement, and customer experiences.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Oversee the execution of multiple projects, often with overlapping timelines.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively to keep all parties informed of project status, changes, and milestones.
    • Provide strategic oversight for projects and programs, ensuring they align with both the agency's and clients' long-term goals. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently across projects. Monitor project costs and adjust as needed to ensure financial objectives are met.
    • Ensure the quality of deliverables meets both agency and client standards. Implement quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Identify potential risks and issues in project plans. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
    • Continually assess and improve project management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements. Incorporate innovative ideas and technologies to enhance marketing strategies and project outcomes.
    • Work closely with other departments (such as sales, creative, and technical teams) to ensure a cohesive approach to project management and client service.
    • Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activities, and client industries to inform strategic decisions and project direction.
    Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
    • Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. Proficiency in project management software and methodologies (like Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Waterfall) is often essential.
    • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and directing project teams. Ability to mentor and develop team members.
    • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and the media landscape. Experience in media planning, buying, and strategy development is highly beneficial.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and information to a variety of stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
    • Analytical Abilities: Competence in analyzing marketing metrics, project data, and financials to inform decision-making. Proficiency with analytics tools and data-driven approaches to problem-solving.
    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in marketing and media, such as content management systems, SEO/SEM tools, social media platforms, and data analytics software.
    • Innovation and Creativity: Ability to think creatively to propose and implement innovative solutions. Staying abreast of industry trends and adapting to the evolving media landscape.
    • Budget and Resource Management: Skills in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management. Ability to optimize resources for the best possible outcomes.
    • Educational Background: Typically, a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in project management (like PMP) can be advantageous.
    • Relevant Experience: Several years of experience in a related field, such as marketing, advertising, or media, with a track record of increasing responsibility.
    • Visual Presentation & Tools: PowerPoint, Product Board, AHA, Excel, JIRA, etc. Must be able to describe the why, what, and overall statue of multiple programs through visualization.
    • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
    • Strategic Thinking: Capacity for strategic planning and long-term vision in the context of business and marketing objectives.
    Where:
    The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States- if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

    Compensation:

    EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
