Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Duties:
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
