NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Customer Service Associateto join our team in Providence, RI.


Role Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
  • Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call
  • Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.
  • Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
  • Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 1+ year(s) of remote phone customer service experience
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies using English language as a medium of communication.

Preferences

  • 1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office)

The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly rate for this remote/hybrid role is $20 hourly. This reflects the target compensation for the position across all US locations.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
