They are rapidly expanding their $50m truss manufacturing division. Currently, they are in search of a Design Director to spearhead this division across multiple locations. Ensuring they secure the right candidate is crucial for the organization's continued aggressive growth and success.
The Opportunity:
As the Design Director, your primary responsibilities will entail overseeing the day-to-day operations of the design and estimating department, creating design standards, implementing quality control best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will lead a team of over 20 individuals across various locations, offering you autonomy to directly impact the growth and direction of the organization.
