For our IT department, we are looking for a technically and personally convincing individual as an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) - full-time in Munich.

Your tasks:
Hardware and software support for the entire IT network, troubleshooting for user problems Recording of IT fault reports via the ticket system (Ivanti) or the hotline phone Direct resolution of IT problems Troubleshooting of Checkmk messages (monitoring)

Execution of software installations via Ivanti software distribution Obtaining and comparing offers Managing the Active Directory Group Policy Management Managing the server landscape (domain controller, DHCP, DNS, file server, etc.) Maintenance and upkeep of VMware Maintenance and upkeep of Citrix, VDI Virtualization of servers, backup of all virtual servers and data backups Software updates with minimal downtime Monitoring market developments Taking on projects in the IT infrastructure field Your profile:
Completed training in the IT field or a comparable degree Professional experience, ideally in the role of a domain
