What to expect
- Technical management of the conception, planning, and implementation of renovation, demolition, and new construction projects for production and infrastructure buildings
- Ensuring economical and timely execution
- Planning and management of maintenance, demolition, and investment budgets in coordination with internal clients and team leadership
- Preparation of performance specifications and tender documents, including order processing and creation of situational risk assessments
- Creation of construction schedules
- Management of external contractors and acceptance of services, including document archiving
- Support of space management in the development of space utilization concepts
What you need
- Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering (focus on general construction) with knowledge in industrial construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of general construction trades, structural analysis, structural design, and building inspection
- Several years of professional experience in the implementation of construction and demolition measures, as well as building maintenance
- Knowledge of planning, cost estimation, and tendering of construction and engineering services
- First experience in technical staff management
- Confident and professional demeanor, as well as strong communication and teamwork
