Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Stage Hand to join our team.

As a Stage Hand, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of live performances, ensuring that all technical aspects of the production run smoothly.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for theater and the performing arts.


Duties:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of stage equipment, props, and scenery
• Operate lighting, sound, and other technical equipment during performances
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth transitions between scenes
• Assist performers with costume changes and other backstage needs
• Maintain a clean and organized backstage area
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well in a fastpaced, highpressure environment
• Knowledge of theater production processes and equipment
• Familiarity with various dance styles, particularly ballet, is preferred
• Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team
