Position Purpose:

The Warehouse Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities including the administration area, restrooms, and warehouse.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to complete maintenance tasks.


Job Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in janitorial and maintenance work
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Essential Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks and handyman skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to operation forklift equipment and scissor lift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to problem solve, resolve conflict, and multitask
• Capacity to analyze and retain information
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Google Suite
• Experience with electrical, robotic, mechanical, welding, and/or machining preferred
• Experience with forklift and scissor lift
• Ability to transport between multiple warehouses in personal vehicle

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
