Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Success Specialist / Account Manager to join our team.

This role involves partnering with our clients to develop effective strategies that will enable them to successfully navigate and win government contracts.


Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding and Management: Ensure a smooth transition for new clients into our programs, setting clear expectations and providing continuous strategic support.

Custom Solution Development: Utilize our revolutionary toolkit to craft tailored solutions that address client-specific needs, ensuring satisfaction and optimal outcomes.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and identifying opportunities for future collaboration.

Client Education and Support: Help clients understand and implement effective strategies for winning government contracts, including proposal writing and partnership formation.

Performance Monitoring: Track client progress and outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize success.


Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years' experience in account management or client success roles, preferably within a consulting or government contracting environment.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and government contracting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse client profiles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a track record of producing tangible outcomes for clients.

Working Conditions:


  • This fulltime position is based at our offices located at 1717 Sanit James Place, Ste 600 Houston TX 7705
  • Standard working hours are 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends for events and strategic initiatives.

Pay:
$35, $65,000.00 per year
