We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
Required: - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with mínimal supervision
