Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
- Develop and manage a team of skilled professionals
- Develop, implement and monitor the operational plans for our customer portfolio.
- Work on all levels in the organization and with widely differing groups of people
- Communicate with all Government Authorities for the compliance of aviation and local laws
- Responsible for all aspects of the location budget and total oversight of the location.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the airline and international air freight industry
- At least 3 years of ramp handling and strong operations experience
- Well versed in the ramp aircraft operations.
- Indepth communication, management and demonstrated leadership ability
- Proven success records in setting and achieving goals and targets
- Knowledge of computer software such as MS Work/Excel
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Good decision making and time management skills
- Experience in dealing with Local, Sales and Federal government agencies including suppliers
- Must have the right to live and work in the USA
- Management and Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
- Strong communications skills
