Qualifications required:


  • Must have current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
  • Must have Medicaid provider number.
  • At least 2+ years of experience providing ABA therapy services.
  • At least 1+ years of supervisor experience.
  • Must pass background check.
  • Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required.

About the Position


We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's) to provide in-clinic (Winter Park office) and in early childcare center direct service and supervision.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide direct Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities and supervise the agency's Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

The contract BCBA will complete initial assessments (including Functional Behavioral Assessments) for incoming clients as well as re-assessments for continued services.


Role of the Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Monitor ABA Program clinic and early childcare setting when on site, ensuring adherence to agency safety guidelines.
  • Provide required supervision to agency RBTs working on assigned cases.
  • Maintain direct client services and supervision records and documentation according to agency policy and procedure guidelines.
  • Create and Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
  • Collect and record data and complete accurate treatment notes in a timely manner.
  • Strictly follow Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) guidelines and codes of conduct at all times.
