The company services residential, commercial, and industrial customers with water purification and softening systems.


Position Description:

• Answer phone calls for scheduling residential and commercial service work and customer inquiries.
• Dispatch work orders and relay communication to service technicians.
• Records customer information in ERP system.
• Verify service technician labor time on job, materials used, and notes for job.
• Works with accounting department to collect payment for services rendered.
• Follows up with customers to verify performance of service.

Job Qualifications:

• Twoyear Associate degree preferred with handson customer service experience.
• Service scheduling experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
• Ability to learn different products, parts, and service offerings.
• Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
