Our client, a leading technology company specializing in gaming and digital entertainment, is seeking a User Research Specialist to join their team.
As a User Research Specialist, you will be part of the gaming platform team supporting platform services.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for gaming, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies to understand the user experience of in-development products.
Translate research findings into actionable insights to inform product improvements and innovations.
Communicate effectively with product team stakeholders, both locally and remotely, to identify critical research questions.
Choose appropriate research methods considering user needs, business goals, and project timelines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and polished delivery of research reports, presentations, and analyses.
What's Needed?
Experience with human observational research, experimental design, and survey research methods.
Participation in major research projects involving data analysis, synthesis, and presentation of results.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuasively share research insights.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HCI/HFE, HCDE, or a related field; a Master's or PhD is strongly preferred.
Strong passion for gaming.

What's the Job?
Implement and manage security solutions such as Ping Federate, Ping ID, and Ping Access with hands-on expertise.
Monitor emerging security threats and assist in developing detection mechanisms to safeguard organizational assets.
Troubleshoot security issues independently, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal security posture.
Work with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to enhance security infrastructure.
Maintain and configure security tools including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
What's Needed?
5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Ping Federate, Ping ID, and Ping Access.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and working independently on complex security issues.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and related container security technologies.
Knowledge of Linux, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and penetration testing.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to security challenges.
