Your tasks

Participation in the planning and management of projects for the implementation of the climate strategy
Accompaniment and monitoring of projects for the decarbonization of the real estate portfolio and identification of further decarbonization potentials
Development of holistic concepts and business models for a climate-friendly energy supply of the portfolio
Further development of the climate strategy, e.g. with regard to the reduction of emissions from "grey" energy
Strategy development and implementation of projects in the field of "resource-efficient construction"
Cost-benefit analysis, impact assessment and prioritization of various climate protection measures
Intensive collaboration in housing industry networks for the further development of standards, strategies and concepts
Participation in ESG-compliant reporting (CSRD), key figure collection and, if necessary, accompanying certifications

Completed technical studies (building technician, civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification with reference to construction) or environmental sciences and comparable courses of study
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field (sustainable) construction and/or housing industry advantageous
Methodical experience in the field of energy consulting or ecological assessment of buildings desirable
Very good conceptual and communication skills
