    Position Overview: Soliant, in partnership with school districts in Chester, PA, is seeking a dedicated School-Based Psychologist for the 2024/2025 school year. The selected candidate will provide vital psychological services to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
    • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support services to students as needed.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop appropriate interventions.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
    • Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification/license.
    • At least one year of recent experience working as a School Psychologist.
    • Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and interpreting assessment results.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
    • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
