Your responsibilities include:

You develop the information architecture and user flow for a large loyalty product by structuring the content and features into an intuitive and efficient digital product, ensuring an exciting and customerretaining user experience.
You create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize concepts.
You present concepts to the development team, stakeholders, and functional requirements and proactively develop them with the product owner.
You work closely with the product owner, product manager, and UI designer in an agile setup and act as a link between visual conception and technical implementation.
You conduct usability tests by inviting real users to provide feedback and identify weaknesses in the product or current concept stages that need improvement.
You strive for continuous improvement by monitoring the product's performance, analyzing usage data, and gathering feedback to make ongoing optimizations and improve the user experience.

What you should bring:

Several years of proven experience in developing information architectures, user flows, navigation concepts, and usercentered UX concepts for web and app applications.
Completed studies in design, computer science, psychology, or a comparable qualification is desirable.
Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and interaction design, preferably with examples of your work.
Excellent knowledge of UX design tools such as Figma...
Ability to understand complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Methodical knowledge of conducting qualitative user research and tests.
