    Job Description

    Job DescriptionRole

    As an Industrial Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Mechanic, Equipment Technician), you'll be responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness of the production department. This includes responding to breakdown calls, troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing industrial equipment throughout the facility. You'll also be expected to adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and play an active role in special projects.

    Qualifications
    • At least 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
    • Experience in CMMS & TPM, VFD installation, programming, welding, PLC troubleshooting, PLC ladder diagram interpretation, 208/480V motor and drive replacement/set-up, mechanical drives, extrusion/compounding/injection molding equipment.
    • Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment.
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • Must be prepared to work mandatory weekend overtime when required and/or rotating "on-call".
    • Physical ability to lift up to 70lbs.
    • Good communication skills and the assertiveness to keep on top of documentation requirements.
