Position Type:
Full-Time

Work Location:
Hybrid work/in-office. (see on-site requirements below).

On-Site Requirements:
On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Initial training will be mostly virtual, but may require occasional on-site visits during the first few months. Position may require on-site work at Patuxent River, MD 1-2 days per week.

Essential Functions:

Compile and document test cases and test plans.
Support user testing and 508 compliance testing.
Conduct troubleshooting of software issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
Attend customer meetings to record meeting minutes, gather, document, and analyze requirements.
Assist in converting requirements into epics, user stories, or features and input into GitLab.
Work closely with software developers to ensure understanding of and adherence to requirements.
Provide onsite customer support as needed.
Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

Desired:

SQL experience preferred.
Experience with GitLab highly desired.
Automated testing experience desired.
Basic programming understanding is a plus.

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Active Secret clearance desired, interim Secret acceptable to start. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

HS and 2 years' experience required.
