    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are actively hiring a recruiter located in Columbus GA. This role requires strong skills in leadership, relationship building, and critical thinking to effectively source qualified candidates and establish and maintain relationships with our customers.Duties:
    • Maintain communication with candidates and clients
    • Oversee current employee attendance and performance; provide corrective actions as needed
    • Work with our clients to monitor their staffing needs and project future staffing levels
    • Conduct site visits at clients as needed
    • Document all applicant and client information correctly into the database
    • Conduct training and orientation classes for new hires

    Requirements:
    • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Must be comfortable with administering/ reading in-office drug screens.
    • Must be able to start work at 6:30 am Central time
    Pay depends on experience
