    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Work closely under the guidance of a BCaBA, BCBA, or BCBA-D, the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT II) at Emory Autism Center (EAC) is responsible for implementing behavior-analytic programs for individuals with or without autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
    • Assist in training staff on ABA procedures and support the implementation of individualized treatment plans to enhance functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
    • Record program data, conduct behavioral assessments, and contribute to client progress documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures while working in an Emory University location.
    • Minimum lifting requirements and physical flexibility may be needed for this role.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, behavioral science, or related field along with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
    • Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
    • Must be 18 years or older, possess reliable transportation, and clear a background check.

    NOTE:

    This position is on-site at Emory University; remote work is not available.
