- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other behavioral health related fields, with 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field OR, Associates Degree and 3 years' experience in inpatient setting, OR 5 years of experience in inpatient psychiatric settings
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Direct patient care experience preferably in a hospital or inpatient mental health facility preferred.
