The LodeStone Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time or full time billing technician to work as part of our administrative team within our medical office on the Woodstock Square.

Our office is comprised of a fun, close-knit group of mental health professionals that value our clinician community and emphasize a psychologically healthy workplace.

The position will primarily entail handling claims processing and posting insurance remittance to patient accounts. Prior medical office experience is a strong plus.

Duties include, but aren't limited to:

Claims submission and follow up
Managing benefits verification requests
Insurance remittance posting
Responding to account inquiries from patients
Managing monthly patient billing
Miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

Our office is located on the Woodstock Square, immediately above the bookstore. We enjoy having coffee shops, restaurants, a farmer's market and the city park all right outside the office door. Around the corner is our therapy building with the counseling staff and our main reception office.

This position has some flexibility with the work schedule, but is in-office.
