Job Summary:
Duties:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs forms
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are properly packaged and labeled
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems
- Assist with order entry and proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shipping or inventory discrepancies
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred
- Experience with order entry or data entry is a plus
- Knowledge of Power Sports / Motorsports experience is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in calendar management and project coordination
- Exceptional phone etiquette
