Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices
  • Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues
  • Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs forms
  • Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments are properly packaged and labeled
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems
  • Assist with order entry and proofreading to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shipping or inventory discrepancies
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Experience:


  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred
  • Experience with order entry or data entry is a plus
  • Knowledge of Power Sports / Motorsports experience is beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in calendar management and project coordination
  • Exceptional phone etiquette
This is a part-time position, leading to full-time, regulat business hours, Monday thru Friday. We offer competitive pay based on experience.
