Through the Roof Community is a shared living space in Comstock Park, MI for adult men with disabilities and a day program on-site for all adults with disabilities.

We strive to support and encourage each other in this sometimes challenging but always rewarding space. We aim to enhance the lives of those we serve and those who serve.


Our work environment includes:

• Onthejob training
• Food provided
• Casual work attire

A residential home technician is responsible for assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal care and hygiene, household support, independent living skills, and activities outlined in the housemate's Individual Plan of Service (IPOS).

These tasks are carried out under the supervision of the Home Manager and Campus Coordinator.
