We are currently seeking a
Billing Clerk (m/f/d) for the
Department I - Supply Management to start as soon as possible.

The position is
initially limited to two years, with the possibility of extension.

Your Responsibilities

Reviewing incoming invoices for accuracy in pricing and quantity
Distributing credits to relevant departments
Handling reminders and communication with companies to track missing invoices
Distributing incoming invoices to appropriate recipients within the company using a Document Management Software (DMS)
Timely booking of incoming invoices in the merchandise management system
Conducting monthly closings in the material management system
