• Assist in the preparation and production of food items in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.
• Sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Support the food service team by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and assisting with customer requests.
• Collaborate with the cook and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety and prevent crosscontamination.
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.

• Knowledge of food production and preparation techniques in a fastpaced environment.
• Familiarity with the food industry regulations and standards for sanitation and hygiene.
• Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented setting, supporting the cook and other kitchen staff.
