- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Assist in updating internal databases
- Prepare HR documents
- Assist in revising company policies
- Assist HR Generalist in resolving grievances and investigations
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics and KPIs (ex – turnover data, etc)
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist by providing relevant employee information
- Process expense forms
- Assist in performance management, including scheduling and maintaining
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Participate in HR projects
- Champion organizational mission, vision, and philosophies.
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel and consumer information and records.
- Respond to staff inquiries by providing information or appropriate resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 3 years of admin experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience with non-profits
- Think critically about issues that arise in the workplace while maintaining an optimistic outlook on the challenges ahead.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
