    Job Title:
    Human Resource Administrator


    Reports to:
    Director - Human Resources


    Primary Function:


    The Human Resources Administrator will report to the Director - Human Resources and will provide human resources support for the Banjo operations.

    The position will assist in the areas of payroll, talent acquisition & development, employee relations and engagement, staffing, compliance, and reporting.

    The position will work to enable fully engaged teams to execute with excellence.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    Responsible for the bi-weekly processing of payroll for all employees. Ensure accurate and timely submissions are made.


    Responsible for the accurate and timely input, maintenance, filing and reporting of all employee data, including HRIS and payroll systems.


    Create and generate a variety of payroll reports for internal consumption, for communication to parent company and for various regulatory purposes.

    Process new hires/terminations; respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.

    Assist in the effective onboarding program.

    Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and guidelines, including DOL, EEOC, NLRB, etc.

    Maintain all regulatory reporting.

    Provide information and resources to employees regarding benefits, compensation, and payroll.

    Contribute to the research, strategy development, and business planning of employee engagement processes.

    Oversee leave administration, including coordination between leave management vendors, employees, and manager.


    QUALIFICATIONS
    BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related-field and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

    Minimum 2 years Human Resources experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

    Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and procedures for recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, HRIS, and benefits.

    Knowledge of core Federal and State laws pertaining to employment.

    Minimum 2 Years payroll processing experience preferably in Kronos environment.

    Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

    Resourceful and well organized.

    High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.

    Analytical.

    Results-driven.

    Experience handling confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner.
