Role Overview:

As the Site Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the MRO storeroom, ensuring optimal inventory management, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership to ensure compliance with safety regulations and ongoing staff training
  • Supervise all aspects of MRO and storeroom operations, including purchasing, inventory control, and customer service
  • Manage and train employees, ensuring adherence to company standards and contractual obligations
  • Build strong client relationships, exceed customer expectations, and address quality and delivery concerns
  • Execute purchasing activities efficiently, maintaining data integrity and managing vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic plans and prioritize daily tasks
  • Monitor inventory levels, develop inventory reduction programs, and oversee reporting and analysis

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in purchasing and managing MRO commodities
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in staff management and development
  • Proficiency in procurement or CMMS software, along with strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail

Pay:
$85, $98,000.00 per year
