The railway company RheinCargo GmbH & Co. KG is currently hiring for positions in the Neuss / Düsseldorf region.

Your responsibilities

  • Independent operation of locomotives (manual and remote-controlled)
  • Conducting train journeys
  • Shunting trains and groups of wagons in/out of train stations, container terminals, and rail connection facilities, as well as other rail facilities (disassembling and assembling freight wagons/freight wagon groups)
  • Conducting the required brake tests for train or shunting journeys (authorized brake tester (m/f/d))
  • Conducting train inspections (wagon inspector (m/f/d))

Your qualifications

  • Completed training as a railway employee (m/f/d) in the operations department "specialization locomotive driver and transport" or equivalent training as a locomotive driver (m/f/d)
  • Authorization to operate diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, and remote-controlled shunting locomotives
  • Railway vehicle driver's
