DAM Administrator (Contractor) - New York, NY (Hybrid)

Position Details

Marquee Brands seeks to hire a DAM Administrator to assist in the digital consolidation of assets, including assigning metadata, in Orange DAM.

The DAM Administrator will monitor and maintain asset governance and may be tasked with establishing workflows between content and commerce teams.

Assets include consumer books, magazines, and merchandise covering topics such as cooking, fashion apparel and accessories, shoes, gardening, and how-to.

Responsibilities:

Function as the acting point of contact for prioritizing and assisting brand teams with asset migration, ingestion, and organization procedure, including assignment of metadata and tags
Assist teams in ingesting newlycreated and library assets into Orange DAM
Assist teams in assigning metadata to newlycreated and library assets into Orange DAM
Monitor and maintain enterprisewide asset governance Train endusers to establish workflows for ingest and approval between content and commerce teams
Train endusers to bulk upload and tag brand assets
Train endusers to establish workflows for ingest and approval between content and commerce teams

Qualifications:

Experience developing and maintaining metadata schemas
Experience developing and maintaining file architecture structures
Strong organizational skills
Strong research skills
Strong ability to problemsolve
Ability to process substantial amounts of information quickly
