Your Profile:

You have experience with networks of small and mediumsized businesses.
You thrive on the challenge of complex relationships.
You are familiar with network administration.
You have experience setting up and operating common products in the Microsoft Windows Server and Client environment, such as enterprise antivirus solutions, storage, backup, and virtualization solutions, communication and groupware systems, mobile computing, remote access, and firewalls.
We value clear analytical thinking and a confident, customeroriented approach.
You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an advantage.

Our Requirements:

You are the specialist for technical details, which you implement confidently and convincingly for our clients.
You are able to identify weaknesses in existing concepts and environments and can make and implement appropriate suggestions for further optimization.
You handle the tasks assigned to you independently and responsibly, both on your own and as part of a team. Clear documentation is a natural part of your work.
You develop our existing product range and introduce new solutions and products.
You monitor and support our clients' system landscapes, both onsite and remotely. You carry out the necessary problem analysis, error compensation, and troubleshooting.
