TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Function specific:


  • Obtain and process product orders
  • Schedule Inbound shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items
  • Ensure adequate staff to manage all incoming shipments
  • Schedule daily Outbound shipments
  • Communicate with carriers daily
  • Communicate tracking data to Customer Service
  • Keep files of goods shipped and received
  • Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for managers
  • Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
  • Work with customer service on customer claims
  • Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Additional Tasks:


  • Receive, register and distribute packages and letters within the company
  • Maintain the company stockroom through organizing and cleaning

Strategic

  • Contribute actively in JOIN Performance program and identify continuously potentials for improvements and optimization
**Qualifications


QualificationsQualifications***- HIgh School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse operations
  • Proven work experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
  • SAP ERP system experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
