Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Late August.

As Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food is prepared and served to our guest.

You will work under the tutelage of our Execuctive Chef/Operating Partner.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the culinary arts, attention to details, and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and specifications
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner
Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Adhere to all sanitation regulations and guidelines
Assist with training new kitchen staff members

Experience:

2 yrs experience working in a restaurant or food service environment
Knowledge of banquet operations
Strong understanding of food handling and safety practices
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience supervising or managing a team is preferred
Proficient in food production techniques and kitchen management
Familiarity with food service management software is a plus

Pay:
$45, $51,000.00 per year
