What to expect

As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading your team in the examination of annual and consolidated financial statements, as well as solvency reports for companies in the insurance industry, particularly insurance companies, pension funds, and insurance-related service providers (e.g. insurance brokers).

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the team's results and presenting them to our clients.

As the main point of contact, you will also identify consulting needs and independently lead consulting projects related to auditing (e.g. accounting, risk management, or internal control systems) or internal audits.

In your role, you will work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with specialists in actuarial matters, IT, ESG, and taxes.

As an entrepreneurial-minded individual, you will think outside the box and support us with your experience and expertise in the continuous development of a dynamic environment.

What you bring

Completed certification as a certified public accountant (or in progress)
Extensive professional experience in auditing annual financial statements and solvency reports, as well as in consolidated financial reporting for insurance companies
People management skills (leadership and motivation of the team) through a team- and solution-oriented approach, including a strong focus on quality
A good sense for the requirements and needs of our clients and a strong service orientation
Interest in implementing innovative IT-supported auditing concepts and
