Master of Metal Construction Steel Production (m/f/d)

Location: Balve

"Discover what you're made of" For our client in Balve, we are looking for a Master of Metal Construction (m/f/d). This is a long-term position in steel production.

The main responsibilities of this job:

  • Coordination of production processes in the steel production department
  • Management of the "Welding Robot" department
  • Coordination, task distribution, and supervision of subcontractors
  • Active support in optimizing and reorganizing work processes in the steel production department
  • Promotion of subordinate employees
  • Monitoring and implementation of internal regulations

What you bring to the table:

  • A completed technical vocational training including a master's degree
  • Relevant experience in metal construction
  • Experience in managing a production department
  • Additional training as a welding specialist is desirable
