The Gardens at Park Pointe, a Premier Assisted Living and Memory Care
in Morris, is looking for a Day Shift and Afternoons pm) LPN or RN, including alternating weekends.


$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PART TIME

$6,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
This position is responsible for all nursing duties, resident assessment, health monitoring, and personal care programs.

• Supervise the resident services staff according to the Facility's policies, procedures and standards.
• Administer and maintain a medication system which adheres to state, federal and company laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and establish appropriate service plans.
• Supervise staff; available to cover staffing when needed.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance to the residents as needed.
• Provide training and orientation to new assisted living staff members and ongoing training to current staff members.
• Communicate to residents, families, department heads and resident services staff in an effective and respectful manner as needed.
• Maintain positive relations with residents' families and physicians.

Qualifications

• A nurse licensed to practice as required by state regulations.
• CPR certified and knowledge of basic first aid.
• Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure or certification.
