We are currently seeking a Dispatcher (m/f/d) for our location in Weil im Schönbuch.


Challenges for Team Players:

  • Our commercial vehicles play a crucial role in our rental service for work textiles. Our service drivers use them to deliver clean textiles to our customers and pick them up after use.
  • This is where our fleet logistics and you come into play, as you will be responsible for the scheduling of employees and vehicles at our location, taking into account costs and resources.
  • This means that you will be responsible for route planning in daytoday operations, identifying and utilizing potential for improvement, and ensuring the achievement of company, fleet, and optimization goals.
  • With a lot of drive, you will also dedicate yourself to leading, motivating, and developing the service drivers under your supervision, including conducting annual performance reviews.
  • It goes without saying that, in your position, you will also take care of any vehicle damage and monitor the maintenance and upkeep of the vehicles.
