DiRosato Plumbing & Heating is looking for a Sales Representative in Norristown PA.

This is a tremendous opportunity for Sales Representatives who have at least 5 years of previous sales experience in plumbing or HVAC related field.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our team is seeking experienced, motivated sales professionals, looking to excel in our growing organization.

The sales representative position will consist of analyzing customer needs for HVAC and plumbing related services for our residential and commercial customers, create a sales proposal, finalize the sale and follow up with each customer to ensure complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and plumbing needs
• Assist with proposals and estimates for residential and commercial customers
• Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct postsale followup to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
• Followup with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.

SKILLS

Education:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school): Preferred


Computer Skills:
MS Office


Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy plumbing supplies.
• Comfortable working in warehouse or storage environments.
• Stamina to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing materials and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using inventory management software or spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay:
From $35,000.00 per year
