Your Responsibilities
- Technical first-level support for our central IT infrastructure
- IT user support in the service desk
- Telephone acceptance and recording of malfunctions in the ticket system
- Error analysis and troubleshooting
- Forwarding of tickets to downstream departments
- User administration via Active Directory
- Creation and distribution of installation packages for new product releases and software updates
- Assistance in coordinating the end device life cycle and maintaining system software with a focus on PC technology and peripherals
- End device support (PC technology including software configuration, mobile devices, peripherals)
- Participation in projects and assuming responsibility in sub-projects
Your Profile
- Completed training and qualifications in the IT field
- Experience in operating the above-mentioned system environments
- Conceptual, systematic and customer-oriented work in a team
- Initiative, resilience and attention to detail
