Brigham and Women's Primary Care - where patient-centric practice meets innovation is seeking passionate Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained Physicians (Board Certified/Board Eligible) to complement our thriving Adult Medicine Primary Care practice.
The Jen Center is a large academic practice based in Boston with proximity to specialty, lab, and radiology services and the vibrant Longwood community. We provide comprehensive primary care for adults, including robust specialty services such as geriatrics, substance use disorders, endocrinology, psychiatry, and chronic non-cancer pain management. Our team also includes a strong urgent care practice. We are deeply committed to teaching, serving as a clinic site for internal medicine residents. Faculty have ample opportunities for medical education. Our close affiliation with Harvard Medical School allows engagement in student teaching. We emphasize continuous quality improvement with dedicated operations teams.
Weekly meetings are held for provider education and community building. We take pride in learning from leaders in various fields within the MGB Community.
As part of the Brigham and Women's Primary Care Center of Excellence, you'll collaborate with an esteemed team and work alongside specialists from Brigham and Women's Hospital. Flexible scheduling options are available, including both part-time and full-time schedules.
This role goes beyond traditional Primary Care, focusing on patient-centered practice and value-based population health management. Our dedicated team emphasizes proactive health screening, comprehensive diagnosis, and expert management of conditions. For complex cases, we provide care coordination and communication with specialists.
